Refund Policy

MR Kandy wants to share with you his Refund Policy Please make sure you read his Policy to ensure you are aware.

Unfortunately in the Magical Kingdom of Kandy,  Kandy house are currently unable to accept returns due to the nature of our products. Mr Kandy Apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.

Damages and issues

Yikes Mr Kandy will not be happy, afterall he wants people to be joyful over their goodies. Rest assured lets get The Kandy Squad onto this so Mr KANDY doesn’t find out.

Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Melted items

Kandymine,(OH NO) Unfortunately temperatures outside the Kingdom  of Kandy are unpredictable, Unfortunately if you place an order in the middle of Summer we cannot replace or refund any chocolates that have Melted if Temperatures outside Kandy Land are 28 Degrees. During our check out process you will have to agree to our  Refund Policy and Terms and Condition of sale.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund Parcels that have been sitting out after being delivered.

So no one gets tempted or to avoid chocolates from Kandy Land melting all orders will be required to be signed for.
