Shipping Policy

  1. We post all of your orders through Australia PostShipping is set by Australia Post. We ship Australia wide and World Wide.

    Please note: ORDERS OF OUTER BOXES AND OR / BULK orders may be opened to cut down on shipping costs to save you, our valued customer money. ( We dont Damage the product We just remove outer Larger Boxes.

    Melted Items

    Unfortunately we cannot refund melted items, please understand this when placing your order. We try our best to avoid this on our end but unfortunately most chocolate will begin to melt from 28 degrees.

    What we recommend if ordering Chocolate during warmer months:

    – Order via Express shipping

    – Check the weather ahead of time. If your order will take a few days to arrive, make sure it is not during a heat wave. Some post vans are not fully airconditioned.

    – Place your order at the start of the week so that your order will not be sitting in a depot all weekend.

Best Before/Use By Dates:

On the food you buy, how often do you check the ‘Use By’ or ‘Best Before’ date and wonder what the difference is? Do you know what these dates mean for the safety or quality of the food being consumed? Use by and Best Before dates on food can often be confusing. Keep reading to learn about the types of foods these dates apply to

‘Use By’ is the critical date mark as it signifies when a food must be consumed by for health and safety reasons. It is used on highly perishable foods, such as ready-made meals and items that are classified as high risk upon expiration. We do not distribute food at risk of exceeding its ‘Use By’ prior to being consumed. ‘Best Before’ is used to indicate quality rather than safety. It identifies the date after which food exceeds its peak quality.

‘Best Before’ dates are found on food such as Chips, Chocolate Lollies and  canned foods. It is perfectly safe to eat food past its ‘Best Before’ date but some of its quality, flavour or texture may have been lost. Some of the food that we distribute maybe reaching its  ‘Best Before’, or Have past its ‘Best Before’ however, due to factors including Freight items arriving from overseas have a short date. We  ensure we meet the Manufactures  internal guidelines and that product is still safe to consume and the quality will not be unduly affected. The items must also comply with all our other requirements ensuring they are safe to consume with no damage to the packaging and having been stored under appropriate conditions.

After a certain period if these items reach the Medium Peak time we will discount or put these items on clearance.

Refund Policy

MR Kandy wants to share with you his Refund Policy Please make sure you read his Policy to ensure you are aware.

Unfortunately in the Magical Kingdom of Kandy,  Kandy house are currently unable to accept returns due to the nature of our products. Mr Kandy Apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.

Damages and issues

Yikes Mr Kandy will not be happy, after all he wants people to be joyful over their goodies. Rest assured lets get The Kandy Squad onto this so Mr KANDY doesn’t find out.

Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Melted items

Kandy mine,(OH NO) Unfortunately temperatures outside the Kingdom  of Kandy are unpredictable, Unfortunately if you place an order in the middle of Summer we cannot replace or refund any chocolates that have Melted if Temperatures outside Kandy Land are 28 Degrees. During our check out process you will have to agree to our  Refund Policy and Terms and Condition of sale.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund Parcels that have been sitting out after being delivered.

So no one gets tempted or to avoid chocolates from Kandy Land melting all orders will be required to be signed for.
